- Can I Get Faster Shipping?
We offer a variety of shipping options. You may email us if you want to check for faster shipping.
- How Do You Ship?
We utilize the U.S.P.S and UPS. Goods shipped direct from Vendor may arrive from another carrier. Some goods must be shipped by motor freight as listed on the item’s product page.
- Do I Get Routine Notifications of Shipping Status?
When your order ships you will be sent a tracking number via email. USPS and UPS may send you a tracking number as well if you utilize the apps. (Check your spam folder as shipment notifications sometimes get treated as spam.)
- May I Request a Catalog?
We do not offer hard copy catalogs as the goods we offer frequently change. We do email newsletters and exclusive deals throughout the year.
- Do You Ship Outside of the Continental United States?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the USA, Alaska, Hawaii, or territories of the USA.
- Do You Charge Sales Tax?
We currently only collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Kentucky.
- Are Items Made in the USA?
We are always looking to offer Made in the USA goods. Items that are Made in the USA are noted on the products page.
